Ultra Urban provides self-catering holiday and serviced business apartments in the Greater Belfast area. We provide a high standard of cleanliness, customer care and personalised service to all guests.
If you contact us via our website or register for our VIP Club or if you reserve an apartment via our website you will be redirected to Eviivo our booking engine. Eviivo also operate an independent privacy policy.
Ultra Urban may also market their apartments via various third party OTAs. Should you wish to make a reservation via these sites you will be subject to additional commission charges levied by these companies and are subject to the privacy policies and regulations of said companies.
Within our website we may collect your name, address, email address, IP address and information page access details.
When reserving accommodation via our website you will be redirected to the Eviivo platform. In order to process your booking Eviivo will collect the following information ~ First name, last name, email address, telephone number, postal address, name of the main guest staying in the apartment. They will also collect your credit card details to secure your booking.
Process orders and fulfill obligations arising from contracts entered into by all parties.
When you engage the Eviivo booking engine, your reservation will be processed by a third party payment processing company FirstData who provide secure encrypted online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
